Cancellation Policy

Because we are an independent comparison service and not a provider, any service contract — and its cancellation, fees, and refunds — is between you and your provider. We charge consumers nothing, so there is nothing to cancel or refund with us.

Last updated: June 23, 2026

This Cancellation Policy explains what "cancellation" means in the context of WifiInternetMobile.com ("WifiInternetMobile.com," "we," "us," or "our"), who you need to contact to cancel a service, and how to withdraw or correct a request you submitted to us. Please read it together with our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.

The most important thing to know

WifiInternetMobile.com is an independent comparison and ordering-assistance service. We are not an internet service provider (ISP) or wireless carrier, we do not own or operate any network, and we are not affiliated with any provider. We do not charge consumers, we do not collect payment for service, and we do not hold any service contract with you. That means there is nothing to cancel — and nothing to refund — with us. Any agreement to receive and pay for service is strictly between you and the provider you chose.

Overview

Our role is to help you compare the types of connectivity that may be available at your address and, when you choose, to connect you with a provider so you can place an order. We are a referral and information service. We never become a party to the service agreement, we never bill you for internet, Wi-Fi, or mobile service, and we do not manage your account once you have signed up with a provider.

Because of this, "cancellation" can mean two very different things, and it is important not to confuse them:

  • Canceling a service you ordered from a provider — this is handled entirely by the provider, under their contract and terms. We cannot cancel it for you and we cannot waive their fees.
  • Withdrawing a request you submitted to us — for example, asking us to stop contacting you, to delete the details you shared, or to opt out of our marketing. This is something we can do, free of charge, and this page explains how.

Canceling service you ordered from a provider

If you have already placed an order with a provider — or have active service — and you want to cancel it, you must contact that provider directly. We are not authorized to cancel, modify, downgrade, or transfer service on a provider's system, and we have no ability to access or close your account with them.

When you contact your provider to cancel, we recommend that you:

  • Use the provider's official channels — the phone number, account portal, chat, or store listed on the confirmation, invoice, or welcome materials they sent you. Do not rely on our contact details to cancel a provider's service; we cannot action it.
  • Review your contract terms first — many service agreements include a minimum term, an installation or activation fee, and an early-termination fee (ETF) if you cancel before the term ends. These terms, and any pro-rated or final charges, are set by the provider, not by us.
  • Ask about any return of equipment — modems, routers, gateways, or other hardware are often leased and must be returned within a set window to avoid additional charges. The provider will tell you how and where to return equipment.
  • Confirm the effective cancellation date — ask when service will actually stop, whether the final period is billed in full or pro-rated, and whether any deposit or credit will be returned.
  • Keep a written record — note the date, the representative's name, and any cancellation or ticket number, and request written confirmation. This protects you if a billing dispute arises later.

Any refund, credit, deposit return, billing adjustment, or fee waiver for a provider's service is determined solely by that provider under their policies and applicable law. We have no role in, and no control over, those decisions and cannot issue refunds on a provider's behalf.

Thinking about switching providers?

If you are canceling because you want a better deal or faster service, our switching checklist walks through how to compare your options, time your cancellation, avoid overlap charges, and handle early-termination fees before you make the move.

Withdrawing or correcting a request you submitted to us

If you filled out a form, requested a comparison, asked us to help with an order, or otherwise shared your details with us, you can ask us to stop at any time. There is no fee and no obligation. You can:

  • Ask us to stop contacting you — tell us you no longer wish to be contacted about your request and we will close it and cease follow-up.
  • Correct your information — if a phone number, email, address, or other detail you submitted is wrong, let us know and we will update or remove it.
  • Ask us to delete your request — request that we delete the personal information you submitted, subject to limited exceptions where we are required to retain certain records by law.

To make any of these requests, email us at info@wifiinternetmobile.com or use our contact page. Please include enough detail for us to locate your request — such as the name, email, or phone number you used — so we can verify and action it promptly.

Important: withdrawing your request with us is not the same as canceling service

If you have already placed an order with a provider, asking us to delete your request or stop contacting you will not cancel that order or close your provider account. Once your details have been passed to a provider at your direction, you must contact the provider to cancel — see the section above. Where possible, we will also tell the provider you no longer wish to proceed, but only the provider can stop or reverse an order on their system.

Marketing opt-out

If you receive marketing or promotional communications from us and no longer want them, you can opt out at any time:

  • Email: click the "unsubscribe" link at the bottom of any marketing email, or reply asking to be removed.
  • Phone or text: if you receive calls or texts, follow any opt-out instructions provided, or contact us to be added to our internal do-not-contact list.
  • By request: email info@wifiinternetmobile.com at any time and we will remove you from our marketing lists.

Please allow a short processing period for opt-out requests to take full effect across our systems. Even after you opt out of marketing, we may still send you non-promotional messages directly related to a request you made — for example, a reply to a support question — and you can ask us to close that request as described above.

No fees charged by us to consumers

Using our comparison and ordering-assistance service is completely free for consumers. We do not charge you to view comparisons, to use our tools, to speak with our team, or to be connected with a provider. We do not take payment for internet, Wi-Fi, or mobile service, and we do not place any charge on your card or account.

Because we never charge you, there is no consumer payment for us to cancel and no refund for us to issue. Some providers pay us a referral commission when a customer orders service through a link or call we facilitate; this comes from the provider, never from you, and does not change the price you pay or our independent comparisons.

Where to direct money questions

All billing, charges, deposits, promotional credits, refunds, and fee disputes relate to your provider's account and must be raised with the provider. We cannot view, adjust, refund, or dispute charges on a provider's account.
