WiFi Internet Mobile is an independent comparison and ordering assistance service operated by Empiric Resource Agency LLC. We help consumers review available internet, TV, wireless, and home connectivity options based on their location, needs, and preferences.

We are not an internet service provider (ISP), cable company, wireless carrier, utility company, or government agency. We do not own or operate any internet, cable, wireless, or telecommunications networks.

Our service is provided free of charge to users. We may receive compensation from service providers when a user connects with or enrolls in a service through our platform. This compensation does not affect the price you pay for any service.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age to use this Site. By using the Site, you represent and warrant that you are 18 years of age or older and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.

All pricing, speed, plan, and availability information must be confirmed directly with the applicable service provider before enrollment. WiFi Internet Mobile does not guarantee that any specific plan, speed, price, or service will be available at your address.

5. Third-Party Service Providers

Our Site may connect you with third-party internet service providers and connectivity companies ("Providers"). We are not responsible for the products, services, pricing, terms, or conduct of any Provider. Any agreement you enter into with a Provider is solely between you and that Provider.

We are not a party to any service agreement between you and a Provider, and we have no liability for any Provider's performance, failure to perform, or conduct. You should review the Provider's own terms of service, privacy policy, and any service agreement before enrolling.

6. Compensation Disclosure

WiFi Internet Mobile, operated by Empiric Resource Agency LLC, may receive referral compensation or commissions from service providers when users connect with or enroll in services through our platform. The amount of compensation may vary by provider, plan, geographic area, and enrollment pathway.

7. Intellectual Property

The Site and its entire contents, features, and functionality — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, and software — are owned by Empiric Resource Agency LLC or its licensors and are protected by United States and international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, EMPIRIC RESOURCE AGENCY LLC AND ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, AND LICENSORS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, LOSS OF DATA, LOSS OF GOODWILL, SERVICE INTERRUPTION, COMPUTER DAMAGE, OR SYSTEM FAILURE, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE SITE. IN NO EVENT SHALL OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ALL CLAIMS ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO THESE TERMS OR YOUR USE OF THE SITE EXCEED ONE HUNDRED DOLLARS ($100).
