3. Authorized Distributor and Partner Relationships

WifiInternetMobile.com may assist with provider comparisons and enrollments through authorized distributor, master agent, or partner platforms. These relationships may include: Allconnect, PerfectVision, DSI.

These partner relationships help us assist users with eligible provider options and enrollment requests. They do not make WifiInternetMobile.com the direct provider of internet, TV, mobile, or phone services.

4. We Do Not Provide Telecommunications Services Directly

WifiInternetMobile is an independent sales agent and comparison platform. We are not an internet service provider (ISP) or wireless carrier, and not the official website of any provider. We do not own, operate, or control any network or infrastructure, and we are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any provider.

The Service helps you research and compare types of home internet, fiber, cable, and home Wi-Fi options that may be available at a given address, and — where you choose — helps connect you with a provider to place an order or learn more. We provide general information, editorial comparisons, educational tools, and ordering assistance. We do not deliver, install, activate, bill for, or service any internet, Wi-Fi, or mobile connection.

• We are an information and referral service, not a party to any service agreement you enter into with a provider.
• Any contract for connectivity service is solely between you and the provider you select.
• We do not set, control, or guarantee any provider's prices, promotions, plans, equipment, terms, installation timelines, or service quality.

5. No guarantee of pricing, speeds, or availability

Plans, pricing, promotions, speeds, data allowances, equipment, contract terms, and availability shown on the Service are provided for general comparison and educational purposes only. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, OUR TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY FOR ALL CLAIMS ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THE SERVICE OR THESE TERMS WILL NOT EXCEED ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS (US $100). Because the Service is provided free of charge and we are not a party to any agreement between you and a provider, this limitation reflects a reasonable allocation of risk.

Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain damages, so some of the above limitations may not apply to you. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

13. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Empiric Resource Agency LLC and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising out of or in any way connected with: (a) your access to or use of the Service; (b) your violation of these Terms or any applicable law; (c) your violation of any third-party right, including any intellectual property or privacy right; or (d) any information or content you submit through the Service. We reserve the right to assume the exclusive defense and control of any matter subject to indemnification by you, in which case you agree to cooperate with us.

14. Governing law & dispute resolution

These Terms, and any dispute arising out of or relating to them or the Service, are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. You and Empiric Resource Agency LLC agree that the state and federal courts located in the State of New York will have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute that is not otherwise resolved, and you consent to personal jurisdiction and venue in those courts.

Before filing any claim, you agree to first contact us and attempt to resolve the dispute informally and in good faith. Many concerns can be resolved quickly this way. If we cannot resolve a dispute within sixty (60) days of your written notice, either party may pursue the claim in the courts identified above. Nothing in this section limits either party's ability to seek injunctive or equitable relief for the infringement or misuse of intellectual property rights.

We may update or modify these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in our Service, our practices, or the law. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date at the top of this page and, where appropriate, provide additional notice. Material changes will take effect after a reasonable notice period.
