Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information

Last updated: June 23, 2026

This page explains the privacy rights available to residents of U.S. states with comprehensive consumer privacy laws — such as California (under the CCPA, as amended by the CPRA) and similar laws in other states — and describes how you can exercise those rights with WifiInternetMobile.com ("WifiInternetMobile.com," "we," "us," or "our"). It supplements our Privacy Policy.

Who we are

WifiInternetMobile.com is an independent comparison and ordering-assistance service. We are not an internet service provider (ISP) or wireless carrier, we do not own or operate any network, and we are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any provider. We help you compare connectivity options that may be available at your address and, when you ask us to, connect you with providers so you can place an order.

Your rights

Depending on the state in which you live and subject to certain legal exceptions, you may have the following rights over the personal information we hold about you:

  • Right to opt out of "sale" or "sharing." You can direct us not to "sell" your personal information or "share" it for cross-context behavioral (targeted) advertising, as those terms are defined under applicable state law. These legal definitions are broad and can include certain disclosures of data to analytics and advertising partners even when no money changes hands.
  • Right to know and access. You can request that we disclose the categories and specific pieces of personal information we have collected about you, the categories of sources, the business or commercial purposes for collecting it, and the categories of third parties with whom we disclose it.
  • Right to delete. You can request that we delete personal information we have collected from you, subject to exceptions permitted by law (for example, to complete a transaction you requested, to comply with a legal obligation, or to detect and prevent fraud).
  • Right to correct. You can request that we correct inaccurate personal information we maintain about you.
  • Right to limit use of sensitive personal information. Where applicable, you can ask us to limit the use and disclosure of any sensitive personal information to what is necessary to provide the Services.
  • Right to non-discrimination. We will not discriminate against you for exercising any of these rights — for example, by denying you services or providing a different level or quality of service.

Do we sell your information?

WifiInternetMobile.com does not sell your personal information for money. We do not run a business of trading your data for payment.

We do, however, share information in the ordinary course of operating our Services. When you ask us to compare options or help you place an order, we share the details you provide — such as your name, contact information, and service address — with the relevant provider or an authorized partner so they can confirm availability, pricing, and terms and complete your request. This sharing is directed by you and is necessary to deliver the service you asked for.

We also use third-party analytics and advertising technologies (such as cookies and similar tools) to understand how our site is used and to measure the effectiveness of our content and marketing. Because state privacy laws define "sale" and "sharing" very broadly, some of this analytics and advertising activity may be treated as a "sale" or a "sharing" of personal information under those laws — even though we receive no money for it.

Your opt-out applies to that activity

To be transparent and to honor your choices, we treat the relevant analytics and advertising activity as activity you can opt out of. If you submit an opt-out request, we will stop "selling" or "sharing" your personal information for those purposes as required by applicable law. Opting out does not stop the sharing necessary to fulfill a comparison or order you specifically ask us to facilitate.

How to submit a request

You can exercise any of the rights described above — including opting out of "sale" or "sharing," or requesting access, deletion, or correction — using either of the following methods:

  • Email us at info@wifiinternetmobile.com. Please put "Privacy Request" in the subject line and tell us which right you want to exercise.
  • Use our Contact page to submit a request through our secure online form. Indicate that you are making a state privacy request and describe what you would like us to do.
  • Call us at (888) 383-0583 during our business hours (Mon–Fri, 8:00 AM – 8:00 PM ET) and let our team know you are making a privacy request.

To help us locate your information and respond accurately, please include the following when you contact us:

  • The type of request you are making (opt out, access, deletion, correction, or limit use of sensitive information).
  • Your full name and the email address and/or phone number you used when you interacted with us.
  • The ZIP code or service address you provided, if any, so we can match your request to our records.
  • The state in which you reside, so we can apply the correct rights and timeframes.
  • Enough detail for us to understand and respond to your request, and a preferred method for us to reply.

Authorized agents

Where state law permits, you may use an authorized agent to submit a request on your behalf. If you use an authorized agent, we may require:

  • Written permission, signed by you, authorizing the agent to act for you (or other proof the agent is authorized, such as a valid power of attorney);
  • Verification of the agent's identity; and
  • Direct verification of your own identity with us, unless a valid power of attorney is provided.

These steps help us protect your information and confirm that the request is genuine.

Verification

To protect your privacy and security, we take reasonable steps to verify your identity before acting on a request to access, delete, or correct personal information. We will typically ask you to confirm details that match the information we already have on file (such as your name and the email, phone number, or service address you used with us).

The level of verification may depend on the sensitivity of the information and the type of request. If we cannot verify your identity to the standard required by law, we may be unable to fulfill the request, and we will explain why. An opt-out of "sale" or "sharing" generally does not require the same level of verification as an access or deletion request.

Response timeframe

We will acknowledge receipt of your request promptly and respond within the timeframes required by applicable law:

  • Opt-out of sale/sharing requests are honored as soon as reasonably practicable — and within the period required by law (generally no later than 15 business days under several state laws).
  • Access, deletion, and correction requests are generally answered within 45 days. Where the law allows and the request is complex, we may extend this period and will notify you of the extension and the reason for it.

We do not charge a fee to process or respond to a verifiable request unless it is excessive, repetitive, or manifestly unfounded, in which case we will tell you why and provide a cost estimate before completing the request, as permitted by law.

Other state rights

Privacy laws differ from state to state, and the rights available to you depend on where you live. In addition to the rights described above, residents of certain states may have the right to:

  • Opt out of profiling that produces legal or similarly significant effects, where applicable;
  • Opt out of targeted advertising as a distinct right under some state laws;
  • Appeal a decision we make about a privacy request — where a state provides an appeal right, we will explain how to appeal and respond within the time the law requires; and
  • Recognize opt-out preference signals. Where required by law, we honor recognized browser-based or device-based opt-out preference signals (such as Global Privacy Control) as a valid request to opt out of "sale" and "sharing" for the browser or device from which the signal is sent.

California residents may also request information about disclosures of personal information for direct marketing purposes under California's "Shine the Light" law. If you have questions about which rights apply to you, contact us using the details below and we will help.
