What is the difference between cable and fiber internet?+
Cable internet uses coaxial infrastructure and is widely available in suburban and urban areas. Connection capacity is shared among nearby households, so speeds can vary during peak hours. Fiber internet transmits data as light through fiber-optic strands. Where available, it may support symmetrical upload and download speeds and more consistent throughput — but availability varies significantly even within major metro areas.
What is wireless home internet?+

Can I change my speed tier after I sign up?+
